A complete copy of Sefer Asifas Zikeinim - Shitah Mikubetzetz, printed at Metz in 1764. The personal copy of R. Shamshon Rafael Hirsch. His stamp S.R.H., as well as his autograph — “Shamshon Hirsch” — are seen on the title page (stamped twice). Although Seforim from his library bearing his personal stamp are seen at auction, those with his actual signature are extremely rare and uncommon.

R. Hirsch’s ownership inscription is partially trimmed at margin area. Also seen is ownership inscription of R. Chaim Yaakov Klapholtz (1914-1967) on flyleaf. A Jerusalem scholar of note and author of ‘Ikvei Chaim’, R. Klapholtz was the Chavrusah of R. Shlomo Zalman Auerbach for many years.

In good condition. Title page partially repaired, with loss of text on recto and verso. In otherwise very good condition.
