Torah innovations regarding person who do not have a tassel and in order to obtain it he have to go somewhere else. Is it permissible to walk in four Kanfot without a tassel, innovations in the laws of mamomot and 'no man considers himself evil', Hilchot Eruvin (with a sketch), an interesting remark about proofreading that he found in the words of the GRS Midesui in one of the Gemara editions.
The Gaon Rabbi Ephraim Dov Lando (born on 1930) was the head of the Salvodka Yeshiva in Bnei Brak, one of the rabbis of the Hazon Ish circle, and a member of the presidency of the yeshivot committee.
