A letter in the handwriting and signature of the Chaskawa Rebbe in which he relates the success of Agudath Israel in Tiberias and personal matters. Sivan 1952.


The Admor Rabbi Meir Halberstam [1927-2011] - Served as Admor of tshkava in Bnei Brak. Before Bar Mitzvah, his father was in the United States, and he grew up with his grandfather, Rabbi Sinai Halberstam, who was then in Zmigrad. During World War II his grandfather died and he remained alone. He spent some time in an orphanage in India. His grandfather, Rabbi Shalom Moskowitz, immigrated to Israel in 1945. He studied at the Beit Avraham Yeshiva in Jerusalem and lived in Tiberias and Sanz in Netanya, and in 1986 he moved to Bnei Brak.
