רבי יצחק יעקב וכטפויגל (תרמ"ז-תשל"ח), תלמיד ישבות טלז, כנסת ישראל וולוז'ין. שותף ביסוד תנועת המזרחי בפולין. ממייסדי שכונת נווה יעקב והיה לרבה משנת תרפ"ו, ממקימי "תפארת ירושלים". בשנת תרפ"ט ראש ישיבת מאה שערים.
