Palmach / Notrim / Brigade - a unique photographs Album


A unique album prepared to document the activities of Hebrew soldiers in the 9th grade of Palmach, Notrim [in their special attire], 'gffirim', police in the British Mandate, and soldiers in the jewish Brigade. The album contains 127 photographs in his pockets, accompanying the soldiers' activities in all their various stages. 1940s.


The album is arranged chronologically and accompanied by a group of Hebrew soldiers during their service in the various units: in weapons training, in field operations, on trucks, in official ceremonies, near British Air Force aircraft, a group photos, and more. The photos are in the album pockets (some are detached).
squad 9 of the Palmach was established in early 1945 as a group for outposts - after their establishment in the north of the country was imposed on the Palmach. The headquarters was located in Ayelet Hashahar and the command staff was transferred to it in a manner that had already been established according to a quota that was cut from the old troops.
