Handwritten (unsigned) novella, responsum on a topic related to Shemitta by the Chazon Ish.
R. Avrohom Yeshaya Karelitz (1879-1954), was the son of R. Shmaryahu Yosef Karelitz, Rav of Kosovo. Although he sought anonymity, turning down rabbinical positions and even publishing his seforim anonymously, he was acknowledged as the greatest Torah leader of his generation. He had an immeasurable influence on the Torah world in general and specifically on the Yishuv in Eretz Yisroel.
