An Extremely Rare and Important Chinese Rice Bowl, Jiajing Period (1522-66)
A deep pale celadon ground bowl raised on a circular foot. also inside the foot. decorated with enamel in under and over-glaze in earth tones, green and black , cartouches of figures with a geometric pattern and . the inside with biomorphic motif. Jiajing mark and period (on the rim).
