Likutei Maharin; Toldos Yitzchak ben Levi authored by Harav Yisrael of Pikov, son of Harav Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev. This is a work of commentary, allusions and gematriyos based on kabbalah and chassidus.
In the introduction, Harav Yisrael of Pikov attributes the source of all of his writings to his saintly father the Kedushas Levi.
Harav Yisrael of Pikov served as the Rav and Av Beis Din of Pikov. After his father's passing he assumed the role of Rav of Berditchev until his own passing in 1820. Harav Levi Yitzchak quotes his son Harav Yisrael in his renowned Kedushas Levi . Harav Yisrael's approbations appear in a number of chassidic works.
