A signed photograph of NBA star Larry Bird

A signed photograph of NBA basketball star player - Larry Bird - with Authenticity certificate of the GAA (Numbered).

Larry Joe Bird [Born December 7, 1956] is considered one of the finest basketball players of all time. Bird played for the Boston Celtics for 13 seasons until his retirement in 1992. In 1996, he was named one of the 50 greatest players in NBA history, and two years later was introduced as a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame. Although in his youth he was came from a poor family with financial difficulties, Byrd became one of the world's leading basketball players. He led his team to three NBA championships: in 1981 against the Houston Rocketts, in 1984 against the Los Angeles Lakers, and in 1986 again against the Rockets. Bird won the MVP title three times in a row, twice in the MVP title, once in the title of Rocky of the Year and once in the All-Star MVP title. Throughout his career he was chosen nine times in a row for the first team of the season and was selected to participate in 12 All-Star games. In fact, Bird was chosen for the All-Star game in all his seasons in the NBA except 1988/89, when he was injured and played only 6 games. In addition, Bird won the NBA triathlon in the first three years of the competition (1986-1988).

Seeing the game developed in it and Beard's phenomenal ability to watch many moves covered his limited athletic ability. Byrd played both as a game manager and as a corner manager. He excelled in managing the game, shooting from all ranges and penetrations into the basket, as well as receiving excellent balls and shooting from half a distance. Bird was not only outstanding for his skills, but also for his leadership and his ability to sweep his team behind him. He was a leader who made the players around him better, his game wisdom and his ability to deliver very well, and everyone who played with him felt that he had to make every effort to get the best out of every game so as not to disappoint Bird. Red Auerbach, general manager and Celtics coach in Bird's time, said:
"There was no player, who makes his four partners on the field better, as Bird did."

Size: 25X20 cm. Very fine condition.
