A letter of appointment to the Emissary of Rabbi Chaim Hasson who was sent to the cities of Gorgistan and Ragistan to collect money in which the buyers will participate in the purchase of four amot in Eretz Israel in the field near the Sephardic community kollel in Hebron, Signed by the greats sphardic Rabbis of the community in the city of Hebron: Rabbi Eliyahu Suleiman Mani - Rabbi of Hebron and one of the greatest rabbis of Iraq, Rabbi Rahamim Yosef Franco, Rabbi Mordechai Hasson, and other rabbis of the city.
