Parshat Derachim. Twenty six homilies and studies by Rabbi Yehudah Rosanes, Av Beit Din of Constantinople, author of Mishneh L'Melech. Edited by his disciple, Rabbi Yaakov Culi, author of Meam Loez. Zolkiew, [1771]. Inscribed by Rabbi Pinchas Leib Frieden of Komaram.

Unique Features: The title page bears the inscription of Rabbi Pinchas Leib Frieden, noted rabbi of Komarom. Rabbi Pinchas Leib was born in Bonyhad in 1802. His father was Rabbi Moshe Frieden [Leifnik]. He studied under Rabbi Binyamin Zev Wolf Boskovice and was an adjudicator in Bonyhad. In 1831, he was appointed rabbi of Komarom, a position he filled for decades, until his passing in 1873. He authored Divrei Pnei Aryeh, Vienna 1859. His son was Rabbi Moshe Frieden of Hamburg and his son-in-law was Rabbi Mordechai Eliezer Webber of Ada and Jerusalem.
Condition: Fine-very fine, other than a restored tear in the title page that affects the text.
