Emissary's letter from Tiberias to the community of Meknes in Morocco, for the emissary Avraham HaKohen Dwek. Tiberias, 1834.
This emissary's letter mentions Rabbi Akiva's grave as well as the history of Jewish Tiberias. Alongside this is a description of the difficult situation of the Jews in Tiberias.
