Sefer HaYashar - Halachic novellae, elucidation of topics and responsa, by Rabbeinu Ya'akov Tam, one of the Tosafists. This book is one of the most renowned and fundamental sefarim. Vienna, 1811. First edition. Approbation from the Chata"m Sofer.
The top of the title page displays an owner's signature by Rabbi Shmuel Heller, av beit din of Safed and major Chassidic leader in Poland and the Land of Israel, along with additional rabbinic owners' notations, apparently by Sephardic sages.
