Seder Tefillat Nehorah HaShalem - Siddur Derech Chaim - Sephard custom. Two parts bound together with separate title pages. Lemberg, 1855. On the title pages: "As printed in Slavuta - with Slavuta lettering."

Chassidic siddur for the entire year with the Derech HaChaim elucidation by Rabbi Ya'akov of Lissa. The siddur also includes prayers for the three pilgrimage festivals and the high holidays, and the Passover Haggadah with Kabbalistic conduct. Laws and customs from Rabbi Avraham David Worman of Bodzás, author of Eshel Avraham, appear on the last leaf. The siddur is adorned with a "new introduction' by Rabbi Avraham Ya'akov Madpis dated 1855.

Rare early edition not listed in Mifa'l HaBibliographi and not found in the National Library. The only known edition in Israel is in the Beit Ariela Library in Tel Aviv.
