Rabbi Yehuda Leib Yulis was an outstanding genius who served as Rabbi in Sebes for 55 years. He died at the age of 86, in 1905. Refer to "Shem HaGedolim", letter 'yud'; "Melitzei Eish", 20th of Nissan; and "Zichronot HaMeor" in the section of 'ma'marim'.
To the best of our knowledge, these novellae were never published.
