Willow Auction House's Spring Curated Auction includes more than 100 lots of artwork, porcelain, pottery, and more. The sale features a selection of artwork, including paintings by Aldro Thompson Hibbard, Hattie Brunner and Chauncey Ryder, as well several studies by Konstantin Makoysky and a collection of illustration art including a pen & ink drawing by Rose O'Neill and a Gertrude Kay gouache. A collection of Russian decorative items is also featured, including a Faberge 84 silver and enamel dish, Gardner and Popove porcelain figurines and a Kornilov Brothers plate. Other highlights include a Wedgwood Fairyland Lustre plate, a Gertud & Otto Natzler bowl, Annette Corcoran figural teapots and a 34 star guidon of the NY 4th Cavalry. Rounding out the sale is a selection of Japanese art and pottery from the estate of Ruth Nelkin. A Hiroshi Yoshida scroll, Toko Shinoda lithographs, pottery by Suzuki Sansei and Masanao Kaneta, and a collection of more than 40 ehon block print books are among the highlights.
