1888 Glatz/Silesia - 1965 Berlin
Title: Stehendes Fohlen (Seele).
Date: 1932 (model).
Technique: Bronze, dark-brown-patinated.
Measurement: 14 x 13 x 3cm.
Notation: Monogrammed On the right hind leg: RS.
Sintenis called this sculpture "Seele" (soul) and the following one "Leib" (body) (see lot 109 "Liegendes Fohlen"). Both are a contrasting pairing.
The work is provided with a brief expert opinion by Dr. Ursel Berger dated 02.05.2024.
