Rav Yisrael Lerner- author of Sefer Beis Yisrael- additions to sefer Chayey Adam. Born in 5600; from 5625 served as Av Beis Din in באלין and afterward in טיראספאל פלך חרסון. Answers to him can be found in Responsa Zecher Yehosef volume 1 section 48, volume 2 section 115 and volume 4 section 225.
