Document appointing the shamas of the Ashkenazi Beis Din in Jerusalem as a shaliach to receive a get for a woman in Poltava. With handwritten signature of Rav Yaakov Mordechai Bespalov, Av Beis Din of Poltava, and the other dayanim of his beis din.
Rav Yaakov Mordechai Bespalov, Av Beis Din of Poltava (5615-5676). One of the great Chabad rabbonim. One of the single three rabbonim to be given semicha by the Admor Rav Shmuel Schneersohn. He was a disciple and extremely close friend to the Admor- Rav Sholom Dovber Schneersohn.
