Purchasing jewelry and gems: The auction house provides a description of the diamonds and gems to the best of its understanding and based on the knowledge and experience of the auction house experts. However, the auction house does not undertake to accurately describe the items in terms of stone size, color, level of cleanliness, condition (including description of defects) and whether it has undergone treatment or painting and the buyer is responsible for inspecting the diamonds and gems before sale. For the avoidance of doubt, no option will be given to cancel the purchase of jewelry, diamonds and gems or return them after purchase, even if the description does not match the item.
In this auction like the previous auctions, unsold items are not offered for direct sale after auction ends! please bid and participate during the auction!
The sale commission is 20% + VAT on the commission only. in a week time from the auction.
A fee of 5% will be added to late payments.
The dollar exchange rate for this sale is: $=3.18 shekel.
New customers who have participated a few times in auctions will usually be approved with a limit on the amount you can offer at least initially. If you want to raise the amount or remove the limit, you are welcome to contact us by phone.
In this auction to Israeli clients, payment will be possible directly upon completion of the auction. You will receive the invoice for payment and then you can choose the requested shipping method.
Please note the different costs: courier delievery as well as the different registered shipping costs depending on the weight.

Buyers from abroad will receive an invoice within a business day from the end of the auction including the shipping cost for the items purchased and will be able to pay online by credit card.

We try to get the deliveries out of the gallery within two business days at the latest. The delivery time of the items depends on the Israeli post and global post work. Each buyer who pays on delivery, will receive a detailed email with the tracking number and a link to the tracking on the mail site accordingly.

A customer who confirms the delivery of items, will take into account that the warranty will only be in the event of loss until the cost is covered by the postal services only ****
In cases of complecated items and fragile items, the auction house may take an additional cost to ensure the proper packaging of the items.
With certain items, large or particularly complex items, the buyer will have to coordinate collection from the Auction House.
About the vat, buyers from abroad can request to remove the vat with scan of their passport only! (Although it is advisable to avoid since the VAT paid on the invoice is on the commission and is not on the items themselves and therefore it is not legally eligible for remove).

Nahum Rakover (Hebrew: נחום רקובר b. 13 November 1932), professor emeritus at Bar-Ilan University, is an Israeli former deputy attorney general. Rakover is a leading researcher in the application of traditional Jewish rabbinic law to Israel's state legal system

Eliyahu Elyashar (Hebrew: אליהו אלישר, 10 October 1899 - 30 October 1981) was an Israeli politician and writer.
Elyashar was born in Jerusalem at a time when it was part of the Ottoman Empire. His father, Yitzhak Shemaya Elyashar, was the grandson of rabbi Yaakov Shaul Elyashar through his father and rabbi Raphael Meir Panigel through his mother. Elyashar's mother Rosa was the daughter of Yosef Navon and his wife Guishe Frumkin, the sister of Israel Dov Frumkin. He had several siblings, including a younger brother, Menashe Elyashar, who became a businessman and public figure.
Elyashar studied medicine at the University of Beirut, as well as law in Cairo and Jerusalem.[1] During World War I he served as a junior medical officer in the Ottoman Army.[1]
After the British took control of Palestine, he started working for the Mandate government in 1922, eventually managing the Trade Bureau in the Department of Customs and Trade. In 1935, he left the civil service and went into business.[2]
In 1938, he became a member of the Sephardi Community Committee in Jerusalem, and also served as a member of its presidium. In 1942, he was elected its president. In the same year he started publishing and editing the weekly newspaper Hed HaMizrah, which he continued to do until 1952.[2]
A member of the Jewish National Council, he was amongst the leadership of the Haganah in Jerusalem and served as a member of the Defence Committee of the Provisional State Council after Israeli independence.[2] In the first Knesset elections in 1949 he was placed second on the Sephardim and Oriental Communities list, and became a Knesset member when the party won four seats. He headed the party for the 1951 elections, in which it won two seats. Shortly after the elections the party merged into the General Zionists.
Prior to the 1955 elections Elyashar was amongst the party members who broke away to reform Sephardim and Oriental Communities. He again headed its list for the elections, [3] but it received only 0.8% of the vote, failing to cross the 1% electoral threshold, resulting in Eliashar losing his seat.
In 1974, Elyashar was one of the founders of the Israeli Council for Israeli-Palestinian Peace.[4]
Elyashar later published two books; Living with the Palestinians in 1975, and Living with the Jews in 1981.[2] He died in October that year.
