Two Contracts of the J.C.A – The Settlement of Ottoman Palestine 1911, 1918
שני חוזים של חברת יק"א (החברה היהודית להתיישבות), הנוגעים לאדמות המושבה מלחמיה (מנחמיה). מודפסים בעברית ובצרפתית, עם מילוי פרטים בכתב-יד. העשור השני של המאה ה-20.
1. "קונטרקט של הבטחת מכירה" (Contrat de Promesse de vente), חוזה בין חברת יק"א (ונציגה בסוריה, הנרי פרנק) לאיכר יהודי, בדבר מסירת קרקעות בסוריה לחברה וקבלת קרקעות בעבורן במושבה מלחמיה (מנחמיה).
החוזה מולא בכתב-יד, בצרפתית, ונחתם ביוני 1911. עם חתימות בכתב-יד ובולים.
22 עמ', 30 ס"מ בקירוב. מצב טוב. מעט כתמים וקמטים. נקבי תיוק. דפים מנותקים.
2. "קונטרקט של אריסות", חוזה אריסות לשטח של 250 דונם קרקע במושבה מלחמיה (מנחמיה).
נחתם בשנת 1913 (עם תוספת בכתב-יד, מתוארכת לשנת 1919).
עם חתימות בכתב-יד ובולים.
9 עמ', 29.5 ס"מ בקירוב.
כתמים וקמטים. נקבי תיוק. העטיפה מנותקת חלקית.
