חוברת המפרטת את היתרונות הבריאותיים הטמונים בצריכת חלב ואת הצורך להגדיל את כמות צריכת החלב: "כדי להגיע לדרגת בני התרבות צריך, איפה, הישוב העברי להגדיל את השימוש בחלב לכל הפחות פי-שנים".
בחוברת נדפסו 27 מתכונים המשלבים בתוכם מוצרי חלב: מרקים ודייסות, מנות ראשונות ומנות עיקריות, קינוחים, משקאות, ועוד.
