טקס הפתיחה של האוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים התקיים בהר הצופים בז' בניסן תרפ"ה, 1 באפריל 1925, כחלק מחגיגת הפתיחה של האוניברסיטה העברית בימים ז'-י' בניסן תרפ"ה 1-3 באפריל 1925. הטקס נועד לסמן בתודעה הציבורית את תחילת פעילותה של האוניברסיטה העברית כמוסד אקדמי מוביל בעם ישראל, שהוקם בתכנונה של התנועה הציונית בארץ ישראל.
