Soviet porcelain painter, sculptor. Honored Artist of the RSFSR. In 1931-1935, Serafima Evgenievna held the position of an artist for the development of standards for glass and porcelain at the Tekhstroysteklofarfor trust, and from 1935 to 1986 she worked at the Leningrad Porcelain Factory. M.V. Lomonosov, where in more than fifty years of work she created about 100 new forms of sets, vases and other porcelain items. The works of S.E. Yakovleva were exhibited at domestic and foreign exhibitions and were repeatedly awarded diplomas and medals.
