ספר חיי אדם, הוא חלק ראשון מספר אורח חיים... ועוד לו חלק שני יכונה נשמת אדם... מאת ר' אברהם דאנציג. ווילנא והוראדנא, [תקצ"ב] 1832. דפוס מנחם מן ושמחה זימל.
שער נפרד לחלק השני, עליו נדפס הכיתוב "מהדורא רביעאה בהוספות רבות".
חותמות בעלות ורישום בדף השער: "מספרי ישראל אהרן קארצויל (?)... קאברין תרנ"ט". נדפס על נייר תכלכל.
