Yuri Bogoslavsky, b. 1957, oil on canvas, 50 by 60 cm, signed,
Boguslavsky Yuri was born in 1957 in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Sculpture and painting started at age 4. By 1977 he had completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in the College of Art. In 1979 he moved to Moscow And there he participated in many exhibitions with his paintings. In his early days as a painter he felt the influence of painters: Rembrandt (Rembrant), Turner, Fechin This influence came from the expression of his style of work which became Unique over time. The style is characteristic: a prominent texture, a light source that comes from the background of the painting and wakes you up What lies ahead is not accurate with lines or objects, but in the end it only makes them more realistic and pleasing to the eye. He immigrated to Israel in 1990. Most of his works have been sold successfully abroad: in England, Canada, Russia, the United States
