Summons issued to Nazi Party member Paul Langnickel on party letterhead, 1p, 4to., Berlin, Oct. 17, 1935 ordering the man to appear on November 4th for trial on a charge of "advocating for a Jew". Signed by three party officials at bottom. Accompanied by an A.L.S. of the accused, a furniture upholsterer and decorator, on his letterhead, 1p. 4to., sent to the party officials. Not translated, but presumably explaining his actions. Both items bear marginal stains and negligible loss not affecting text.
