JEWISH WOMAN WITHDRAWS FROM THE BERLIN JEWISH COMMUNITY
Partly-printed D.S., 1p. 4to., Berlin, Mar. 19, 1940, an official form issued by the Board of the Jewish Community indicating that Charlotte Weber had elected to withdraw from the community. Official stamp with Star of David and stamped signature at conclusion. Wrinkled, a couple of small stains and file holes in left margin, still quite good. Weber, married to a non-Jew, survived the war, this document possibly contributing to her survival. Her husband's fate is unknown.
