Classic sefer of Halachic responsa by R. Yitzchok Ben R. Sheshes.
R. Yitzchok Ben R. Shashes (1326-1408), was born in Valencia. He learned in Barcelona at the great Yeshiva of Rabbeinu Nissim (RaN). He was one of the later Rishonim and received Halachic queries from far and wide. His responsa are quoted extensively by R. Yosef Karo (Bais Yosef) and as such greatly influenced practical Halacha. In addition, he wrote novella on the Talmud which unfortunately were lost (Responsum 106), although some are quoted in the Shitah Mekubetzes.
Vinograd Riva De Trento 13. 415, [9] pages. 20.5 cm. Overall very fine condition. Professional restoration to a number of pages including title page slightly affecting text. Some staining. One page with a small tear affecting text. Modern binding, leather spine.
