ייתכן שזה בכי"ק של האדמו"ר רבי יעקב יוסף מסקוויר.
המעטפה מחודש תשרי תשכ"ח
שנת פטירתו של האדמו"ר שנסתלק באותה שנה בחודש ניסן.

האדמו"ר רבי יעקב יוסף טברסקי בן האדמו"ר רבי דוד וחתן האדמו"ר רבי פנחס מאוסטילה. תרנ"ט -תשכ"ח 1899/1968. מגדולי האדמורי"ם בדור האחרון. משנת תרפ"ה ממלא מקום אביו הרה"ק רבי דוד מסקווירא בהרה"ק רבי יצחק מסקווירא. בתש"ח היגר לארה"ב ובהמשך הקים את שיכון ניו סקווירא עבור חסידיו, כדי להתנתק מהסכנות הרוחניות.
בנו הוא האדמו"ר מסקווירא שליט"א.
