מכתב בכ"י חותמתו וחתימתו של הרה"ג רבי ישעיה שלמה שפירא אב"ד גאלאץ, המכתב בנושא בית היתומים ובסופו ברכה וחתימתו.
17 שורות, קרע קטן בחלק העליון ובמקום הקיפול באמצע, מצב טוב מאוד.
הרב ישעיה שלמה שפירא אב"ד גאלאץ ורב בית הכנסת. בתחילת המאה הכ' ובין שתי מלחמות העולם כיהן כאב"ד ורב בבית הכנסת של הברזילאיים.
