In back of cover page there's a dedication printed in gold ink, with place to fill in a name by hand; the publisher the Mekubal Rev Ovadia Adaya filled in the name of the receiver: Hagaon "Admor ish Elokim kadosh" ha'ari hachai kvod kdushas Reb Yehuda halevi Ashlag shlita'
Original binding, white good paper, nice margins, some stains, condition very good.
