Zvi La’Tzaddik with a handwritten inscription from Rabbi Sholom Moskowitz of Shotz. Kellen - Germany 1926
Handwritten inscription in sefer Zvi LaTzadik authored by Rabbi Zvi Elimelech Shapira of Bluzov, by the renowned miracle worker, the Shotzer Rebbe of London.
On the flyleaf page the Rebbe wrote: “This sefer is a gift from Rabbi Pinchas Friedman, a chassid of the Zvi LaTzadik zatzal, Nissan, Kellen on the Rhine river, Germany.”
The Shotzer Rebbe, Rabbi Sholom Moskowitz (1875-1958), was known as a Tzaddik and Ba'al mofes.
Many people were helped through his brochos, and many still flock to his kever in London to daven for yeshuos.
Rabbi Sholom Moskowitz was appointed as Rav in Shotz at age 25 and moved to London in 1927. Rabbi Meir Shapira, Rosh Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin was his student.
