Mishnayos presented as an award to a student in Manchester Yeshiva signed by R. Moshe Yitzchok Segal.
R. Moshe Yitzchak HaLevi Segal (1881–1947), was an outstanding Talmid Chochom, who received Semicha from Rav Yechiel Michel Epstein (Oruch Ha’Shulchan). He served as Rosh Yeshiva in Yeshivas Eitz Chaim in London and in the Manchester Yeshiva. In Manchester, in addition to his position in the Yeshiva, he was instrumental in the development of the Orthodox community. Father of the renowned R. Yehuda Zev Segal who was his successor as Manchester Rosh Yeshiva.
