A bronze buckle plate formed as a roundel with facing nimbate bust, two smaller similar busts within loops, hinge elements to the leading edge, two pierced lugs to the reverse. 19 grams, 49mm (2"). Fine condition.
Provenance
Property of a Richmond gentleman; part of his family collection formed before 1980; thence by descent.
