A marble stele fragment with carved detail to one end depicting a grotesque crowned demon's face brandishing a goad, with broad chest and pelleted belt; mounted on a custom-made stand. 11.2 kg, 33cm including stand (13"). Fine condition.

Property of a London gentleman; from his father's collection formed in the late 1980s-early 1990s.
