Medals (all with original case) include: The Makkabiah Games, 1935. * Five consecutive gold medals, Austrian national pentathlon. 1933-37.


Born in 1916, Gerda Gottlieb a swimming and pentathlon champion, at one stage held the world record in the standing high jump. In 1938, following the Anschluss, Gottlieb fled Austria and found sanctuary in the United States.
