A cookbook for the Jewish kitchen. This book was very popular during the first decades of the 20th century among Jews and Germans alike. The book contains more than 900 recipes of all kinds: first courses, main dishes, deserts, drinks and more.
XIX, 251, 20 cm. Fair-good condition. Stains. Tears at margins of a number of leaves. Gatherings are somewhat loose. Cardboard binding, slightly worn, with cloth strips and pieces at spine and corners (the cloth strip on the spine is partly detached).
