Handwritten novellae by Rabbi Yosef Ruzin of Dvinsk, including a segment regarding the Sefer Refu’os that was hidden by Chizkiyahu Hamelech.
Rabbi Yosef Ruzin of Dvinsk (1858 - 1936), also known as the Rogotzover, was one of the greatest Torah geniuses of prewar Europe. He served as Admor in the city of Dvinsk together with Rabbi Meir Simcha HaCohen, and authored Tzafnas Paneach on the Rambam.
