Large quality Chinese aquarium Famille Rose porcelain vase, c. 1900, embellished with hand-painted decorations and gilt court scenes and flowers and plants, interior is embellished with hand-painted fish and marine vegitation, mounted on large matching wooden base. One of the sides has been repaired, signed at the bottom, dimensions: height (including base): 85 cm, height of vase: 48 cm, diamter of vase base: 35 cm, upper vase diameter: 56.5 cm.
