* Matnat Yad contains 14 chapters of novellae and explanations in the way of drush concerning giving charity and supporting scholars. An in-depth discussion on tractate Baba Metzia by the author's friend Rabbi Elya Chai Refael Nachmu is at the end.

* Machar Chodesh, novellae on tractate Rosh HaShana and concerning consecration of the month. Astronomic drawings and charts of seasons. Critique of Mateh Dan at the end.

Rabbi Daniel Tirni (1740 -1814)  was among the great Italian rabbis. Served as rabbi in Florence beginning in 1791. His halachic work Ikrei HD"T is considered a fundamental book.
