Poland, by Moshe Vorobeichic-Raviv. Tel Aviv, 1946. A portfolio containing ten prints of photographs of Jewish figures in Poland. "The photographs that were gathered here were made during a trip to Poland in the years before the war, but I did not mean to 'capture' here and there the characteristic and interesting, purely painterly, and certainly not as a representation of Polish Jewry in all its manifestations." Vorobeichic originally planned to publish additional series of photographs, but the project was not made possible "because of the paper shortage and the printing conditions." In general, good-fair condition: stains, yellowing and slight tears to folder, face: Yellow of the poem page at the opening by Avraham Broides, missing one photograph page, the pages are in very good condition: light yellowing.
