Antique Scenic Design Wagon Train Back Drop w/ Provenance.
Schell Scenic Studio, Signed backed drop by F. Schell depicting a large group of Wagons in a badlands landscape. Highly detailed with cowboys, cows, calves, men, women, and children. For use in both in still photography and silent films of the era ( 1904 to 1928). The Schell Scenic studio still operates as a theatrical supply company to the midwest region of the United States of America. Back Drop mounted on foam core for stability and/or future framing. Comes with printed provenance generated by a descendent of the Schell family. Size: 24.75 inches x 17.5 inches.
