VOLKHOVSKY FELIKS: (1846-1914) Russian Revolutionary Writer and Journalist. An interesting A.L.S., F. Volkhovsky, one page, 8vo, London, 30th November 1903, to Miss Otter. Volkhovsky states `I shall be glad to lecture for our Club, if you can give me a date between the 1st and 12th of January.´ further suggesting three different topic options for the lecture `I can offer you to choose from the following subjects: 1) Korolenko and Gorky, a literary parallel; 2) The Humour & Pathos of the Oukrainian people; 3) The different Socialist and political Currents in the present Revolutionary Movement of Russia´. Very small area of paper loss to the bottom right corner not affecting the text or signature, few creases and small tape piece to the upper edge.
