An unusually sharply worded polemic concerning various disputes between the different factions of the Ashkenazic Yishuv in Yerushalayim, relating to the purchase of a courtyard for the Eitz Chaim Yeshiva. Primarily against R. Shmuel Menachem Yanover Yerushalimski. The signatories include R. Shmuel Salant, R. Meir Auerbach (Imrei Binah) and other prominent leaders of the Perushim community. Part of a protracted dispute involving members of the Lithuanian community in Eretz Yisroel.
