ANTIQUE RUSSIAN IMPERIAL PORCELAIN EGG ST NICHOLAS
An antique Russian Imperial porcelain Easter egg with a hand painted icon image of Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker. The exterior of the egg is covered with a cobalt blue enamel and gilding. The inscription in Cyrillic, Christ is Risen, on the back. Circa: late 19th century. the holes on the top and on the bottom. Russian Religious Items, Porcelain Eggs, and Collectibles.
