Lighthouse Bank
Unknown American Maker. Produced Circa Mid 1890's. The Lighthouse Bank saves coins as both a still bank and a semi-mechanical bank. As a still bank, coins are deposited through the slot in the roof of the lighthouse keeper's cottage. And nickels can be stacked vertically in the tower through a slot at the top. When 100 nickels have been collected, the user can push the plunger and receive one nickel back in return through the small drawer at the bottom.
