Made by Geo. Hunter Company. Los Angeles, Ca. - Early 1930's 7 1/2" Long x 6 1/8" Wingspan. Clearly, this early airplane bank derives its inspiration from Charles Lindbergh's transatlantic flight in the Spirit of St. Louis in 1927. The graphics created for the box are wonderful. Clever cautionary expressions such as "Soar to Success" and "Spend Less and Save More" are touted. Probably the finest known example.
