Transcriptions of 334 Tombstones from Warsaw’s old Jewish Cemetery. Established in 1806, Warsaw’s Jewish cemetery contains hundreds of thousands of graves. A pantheon of Jewish heroes, it is celebrated for the diversity of those interred there, containing representatives of all streams of Polish Jewish life in the 19th and early 20th centuries; from leading Rabbis to artists, Zionists to Bundists.
