German script written in sepia ink on paper. Address panel with embossed paper seal.

Jewish presence in Hohenlohe, today a district in Baden-Württemberg, dates back to the Middle Ages and continued until the Holocaust. The Jews of Künzelsau, as well as other neighboring communities such as Dörzbach and Laibach benefitted from their location, between Rhinish territory and Austrian and Bohemian lands.
